Please note that a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure your place on a course and signifies that you agree to be bound by the booking conditions as outlined at the bottom of this page.

Terms and Conditions:

Deposits

A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to reserve a place on any course. The person who makes the booking is responsible for all payments due to us. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable in the event of your cancellation and that deposits cannot be transferred. If a booking cannot be accepted you will be notified as soon as possible.

Payment and Cancellation
Full payment must be received 8 weeks prior to the start of the course. You may forfeit your place on the course if payment is not received by this time. Please note, in the event of your cancellation after full-payment, all balances are non-refundable and cannot be transferred. In this instance please refer to your own insurance. If a course does not run because it is under-subscribed we will refund deposit and balance in full, however, we regret that refunds cannot be given in any other circumstances. Please not that we may vary the course content according to student requirements. In the rare occurrence of tutor illness or inability to take the course we reserve the right to replace a tutor. Where conduct of a student is deemed unacceptable and affects the enjoyment of other students, we reserve the right to cancel the individual’s place on the course without any obligation to refund or offer compensation. We shall be under no liability for any costs incurred by the offending party.

Insurance
We recommend that students take out their own cancellation insurance and personal accident cover from their own broker. We cannot accept any responsibility for illness, injury, damage to personal possessions or losses other than caused by our proven negligence. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents.

Accommodation Availability

If our on-site accommodation is full at the time of booking we will advise you an offer alternative arrangements.
