Bed and Breakfast Prices:

£70 -  £80 per night (£35 - £40 per person) based on sharing a double or twin en-suite room with full English breakfast. Single occupancy rates are £55 - £60 per night, depending on dates of your stay.  Prices for children vary depending on age, please call for details.

Self Catering Prices:

Sleeps 20 (+6). 9 en-suite rooms (4 double, 4 twin and 1 family room plus sofa beds), dining room, large lounge, kitchen and gardens.  BBQ available by request. 

5 - 7 night stays from £400 per night

3 - 4 night stays from £500 per night

2 night stays from £600 per night.

Terms and Conditions:

We require 25% non-returnable deposit to secure your booking. We accept cheques or credit cards and payment may be made over the telephone. All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable in the case of cancellation. Please if in doubt get your own travel insurance. We do ask that you talk to us immediately there may be a problem to see if we can help.
