Bed and Breakfast Prices:

From: £75 (£37.50 per person) per night sharing one of our double or twin en-suite rooms (£55 for single occupancy) for bed and full English breakfast.  Prices for children are negotiable depending on age and whether sharing or have their own room.

To: £80 (£40 per person) per night sharing and £60 single occupancy with full English breakfast.

Group Accommodation for Self Catering:

Spring 2008

Sole occupancy of house: All 9 en-suite rooms, dining room, large lounge and small catering kitchen.  BBQ by request. 

Prices (excluding Bank Holidays) range from £400 a night for 5 - 7 nights, £500 for 3 to 4 nights to £600 per night for 2 night minimum stay.

Room configuration: 4 Double, 4 Twin and 1 family (1 double 2 single beds) sleeping 20 (max 26 with extra put up beds). 

Terms and Conditions:

We require 25% non-returnable deposit to secure your booking. We accept cheques or credit cards and payment may be made over the telephone. All monies are non-refundable and non-transferrable in the case of cancellation. Please if in doubt get your own travel insurance. However, we do ask that you talk to us immediately there may be a problem to see if we can help.
