B&B and Self Catering Accommodation

We have 9 en-suite bedrooms (4 double, 4 twin, and 1 family).  Two rooms are situated on the ground floor with facilities for the disabled and wheel chair access to the dinning room and lounge. All rooms are a good size and equipped with T.V., drinks tray and hair dryer, (iron or press available on request).

The house has a spacious, cosy guest lounge with a traditional wood burning stove. A large TV, video player, DVD player, and selection of books are available for guests' enjoyment.

Enjoy your chosen activity during the day, and relax in the large lounge after the evening meal. Sit beside a log fire and soak up the social atmosphere.

The dinning room is light and spacious with seating for up to 25 people. Breakfast, lunch and evening meals are served here and it is an adaptable, socialble space.

Waterside Studio

The cabin studio overlooks Lea Brook and set in an idyllic rural setting.

The spacious waterside studio is ideal for use by groups of up to 15 people and available to hire out to artists, walkers, bird watchers and societies. Call 01629 534215 for rates and availablity.

The studio is very relaxing with only the wildlife chirping in the background! We have heron, mallard ducks, waterhen, little grebe, wagtail (pied and grey), woodpecker (spotted and green), dipper, tree creepers, nuthatch, finches and tits, wren, kingfisher, common buzzard, kestral, occasionally shell duck, canada geese and water vole.
